We are happy to accept bookings by e mail, phone or post and are subject to availability. We require a 50% deposit to secure your place on the course and full payment two weeks before your course start date.

Cheque payments
If paying by cheque please send two cheques made payable to Jellyfish Gallery, one for the deposit and one post-dated to two weeks before your course.

Credit card payments
We again require a 50% deposit on booking and would debit the balance 2 weeks before your course. (Please note that “Jellyfish Gallery” will appear on your statement). At that point we would destroy your credit card details.

With any correspondence when booking, please supply your name, address, e mail and contact telephone number (daytime and evening if possible please). We will post a confirmation letter and receipt after the deposit payment is made.

In case of cancellation
Golden Mill reserves the right to cancel courses if there are less than 6 registrations or in the case of tutor illness. In this event we will advise you of alternative dates (or different courses). If you did not wish to book an alternative date or go on another course, repayment would be made in full.

Unfortunately Golden Mill is unable to reimburse fees on cancellation unless a minimum of three weeks notice is given. However, every endevour will be made to fill your place, in which case we would refund the fee in full.

Group Booking
Whether you’re an art club, a bunch of friends and family, or maybe you’d like to organise a staff reward break, we are happy to accommodate you. We offer a 10% discount on group bookings (8 people or more) and would be pleased to discuss your exact requirements in more detail. We may even be able to arrange your chosen course on the exact dates you require.
