where we are

We are in Cornwall at the top of the Roseland Peninsula, near Tregony. Golden Mill is set in a beautiful and peaceful location on the Trewithen Estate, nestled on the edge of Golden Wood. We are in a very central location only 7 miles from the cathederal city of Truro, 12 miles from the beautiful coastal village of St Mawes, 20 miles from Padstow and 20 miles from Falmouth.

If you are thinking of taking a course as part of a holiday or short break, stunning countryside is all around us and fantastic beaches and delightful coastal villages are but a short drive away. Cornwall is also renowed for it’s beautiful gardens and many are within easy reach. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are just 4 miles away, the Eden Project is 14 miles away, Trelisick is 8 miles away and Trewithen is quite literally on our doorstep.

If you feel like something a little more active you can arrange to go sailing with Paddle and Sail or Classic Sailing from the Roseland or go surfing on the north coast with The British Surfing Association or Fistral Surf School
